Overview

Prizes are awarded at the end of the Contest as follows:

State Competition: Each entry automatically will be grouped into one of 50 state competitions corresponding to the 50 U.S. states and the participant’s address. For participants that live outside the 50 U.S. states, their entries will be grouped into the 51st non-U.S. state competition.

In the event of a tie, the winner is determined by which of the tied entries comes closest to predicting the total points scored in the championship game without exceeding the correct answer. If all tied entries exceed the correct answer, the winners are determined by which of the tied entries comes closest to predicting the total points scored in the championship game. If a tie still remains, the prizes are divided evenly among those who are tied.

No Purchase Necessary

To enter, you must complete the online registration and entry forms available at the Contest website. No faxed, mailed, electronically mailed, or phoned in entries are allowed. You will be limited to only one entry per valid email address. In the event of additional entries, only the first entry received will be eligible.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who have reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction. Individuals who have not reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction can enter only with permission of a parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees and immediate family members of Fanball, its sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to win prizes.

Contest Term

The Contest Term is from Thursday, March 19, 2009, through Monday, April 6, 2009, spanning 63 games of the 2009 Division I Men’s College Basketball Tournament.
